Remember who you are underneath it all...
Remember who you are underneath it all...
It’s easy to forget your true essence.
As a kid, I was endlessly curious—nature was my playground. Then I grew up and went inside. I became a teacher, married, and had a daughter. My life expanded, but somewhere along the way, under the weight of responsibility, I lost myself.
Teaching, parenting, and “adulting” became a cycle of necessity. Joy slipped away. Even rest became numbing—Netflix, bingeing, escape. I felt like a stranger in my own life.
The Collapse
Eventually, my body and spirit couldn’t keep up. I felt drained and disconnected. The things that once brought peace felt too slow, too painful. I didn’t want to talk to anybody, but I felt excruciatingly lonely. I was overwhelmed and trapped in survival mode.
Then life cracked open: I separated from my husband, faced serious health issues, and hit emotional bottom. Those painful ruptures became turning points.
I began to ask:
Who am I beneath all the overwhelm?
What makes me feel good?
How can I best serve myself, my family, my life?
The Turning
I began saying yes to what nourished me and no to what drained me. Working with a coach helped me leave a career that was suffocating my spirit and led me toward my true path: having courageous, soul-centered conversations that help people remember who they are.
Over the years, I’ve worked with coaches in spirituality, dreams, parenting, health, and relationships.
Each was a mirror, guiding me closer to my authentic self.
I started dressing, speaking, and living in alignment with my truth. I embraced my weirdness, my love of bright colors and funky patterns, my joy for travel and music. And I realized—this is what I’m here to help others do, too.
Reclaiming Joy & Purpose
Coaching became both my lifeline and my calling. It reconnected me to my purpose and gave me the tools to live a life of integrity and meaning. I realized that what I’d always loved—whether teaching, listening, or guiding—was helping people rediscover their strengths and take steps toward what matters most.
Now, as a Soul Purpose Coach, I help overwhelmed people reconnect with calm and clarity. Together, we uncover your values, gifts, and purpose—so you can design a life that feels deeply aligned and alive.
So you can say, "I can handle my life again."
Begin here and now.
Repair your self-trust. Reconnect with your spirit. Redesign your life.
Coaching transformed my life. It challenged my fears, reawakened my creativity and brought me home to myself.
Living a lie feels terrible: pretending to like things you don’t, saying “yes” when your gut says “no,” smiling silently when you want to cry, shout, kick, or sing.
Anything other than showing up honestly— saying you’re “fine” with the status quo when you’re really not—chips away at who you are.
I’ve stepped away from choices that drain me and moved toward people, places, and work that charge me up.
I continue to work with a coach—and truthfully, always will—because the encouragement, support, and tailored goal setting have become invaluable to how I show up for life.
Coaching has given me both contentment and purpose — and I want to offer that to you.
Let’s Connect.
One step, one choice, one brushstroke at a time—
you create who you are.
